Step 1
The customer confirms the order style, size, and quantity with us. (All displayed ceramic tiles can get free samples. We also accept customization.)
Step 2
Once the customer confirmed the order and paid the 30% deposit, we will place an order to the production department.
Step 3
The production department will prepare the raw material and production schedule. If you order tiles are in stock, we will arrange to count and ship them as soon as possible.
Step 4
When the ceramic tile almost ready, we will notify the customer to pay the remaining 70% amount and book the container.
Step 5
Finally, we can provide custom application documents, commodity information, packing list, and commercial invoice for the customer to do custom clearance and Bill of lading. If it is the original document, we will deliver it by international express. If just Telex releases the bill of lading, we will send all documentation to the customer by email.
Step 6
We will consult customers about the service and product satisfaction so that Taikotile can better improve and provide better services and products.
